Requisite Qualification:
2. For ITI candidates: the CESC recruitment 2014 applicants Should have a pass certificate of 18/24 months course in Electrician, Electronics, or Electronic Mechanic trade from Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) recognized by Government of Karnataka.
1. For ITC candidates: the applicants should have passed 10th Standard Examination and should have a pass certificate of THREE YEARS Lineman trade or Electrician trade (ITC) imparted by the Industrial Training Institutes of KEB/KPTCL for this CESC recruitment 2014 requirement.
Eligibility: The applicants who have obtained minimum percentage of marks as mentioned in the notification in the respective qualifying examinations only are eligible to apply for the CESC recruitment 2014 posts.
Age limit: According to the notification age of 18 years as on the last date fixed for receipt of application and shall not be more than; 35 years in case of General Merit candidates, 38 years in case of Category IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB candidates, and 40 years in case of SC/ ST and Category I candidates. Age limit is relaxation from 12.12.2011 up to the date of this Notification to three years ITC candidates who were eligible as on 12.12.2011.
