Terms and conditions
Engagement of CMPs for the central Hospital/GRC is initially made for a period upto 30.6.14 which, may be extended for a period of one year or till replaced by the UPSC selected doctors available whichever is earlier.
Engagement of CMPs for the rest, be made for a period upto 13.1.2015 or till replaced by the UPSC selected doctors available whichever is earlier. he period of contract may be extended for a period of one year subject to getting Board’s further extension beyond 13.01.2015.
The contract is liable to be terminated by giving two weeks’ notice by either side, without assigning any reason, or if the Contract Medical Practitioner is mentally/physically incapacitated.
The contract appointment shall not confer upon any right for regularization or absorption in future.
A candidate should not exceed 50 years of age as on 01.01.2014, (5 yrs. age relaxation for SC/ST and 3 yrs. for OBC)
Age limited for Retired Railway Doctor: – upto 65 years.
