BHU has invited applications for the post of Junior Research Fellow at a Fellowship of Rs.12,000 + 20% HRA p.m. in a DBT Sponsored Project entitled “DNA Based Molecular Electronics” sanctioned for 3 years (3rd Year as SRF).
The BHU recruitment 2014 post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The candidates should possess M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science/ Nano Science and Technology/Polymer with good academic record at least 60% marks with NET (JRF/LS)/GATE or M.Tech. in Materials Science/Polymer /Engineering Physics/Nano Science and Technology/Electronics/Electrical or allied subjects with GATE/NET.
The upper Age Limit is 28 Years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates. All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
Desirable qualifications: Experience of research work in area of Polymers and/or Electronic devices will be preferred.
