Applications are invited for Two posts of Research/Project Fellows under the DST/SERB Major Research Project entitled “Impairment in reproductive behaviour in fresh water fishes due to heavy metal pollution in Maharashtra” sanctioned by DST/SERB, New Delhi to Dr. Y.K.Khillare, Professor & Head, Department of Zoology of this University. Qualification: M.Sc. Biochemistry or Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry or Pharmacy or Zoology with CSIR-UGC NET Passed and Experience in one or more of the below:
1. Fresh water fishes collection
2. Handling of AA and biological sample for analysis.
3. Behaviour of fishes
4. Knowledge of metal pollution.
If NET passed candidate is not available, the candidate will be appointed as Project Fellow.
Duration: Four years or till the end of the project whichever is earlier
Remuneration: Initially Rs.12000/- p.m. for a period of two years & Rs. l4OOO/- for subsequent years.
Candidates are requested to bring a, 11 original documents regarding educational qualifications date of birth etc…
